Not that sick, but I suspect the doctor made me feel sicker than I am. Sinus problem. Again. It is going to follow me for the rest of my life. Best part, when you doctor kept threatening you that it will go worse when you get older if you don't take medicine diligently ._____. The lumps in the nose get bigger until eventually blocked the nose, have to use the mouth to breathe especially at night when sleeping. This leads to dry throat and eventually evolved to sore throat. T__T He even threatened to say it will affect my sleeping quality as I get older! Apparently something to do with the flow of air to brain when nose got blocked. Argh! The last thing I am going to suffer from is deprived from sleep! Think I am gonna kill myself when the time comes. *grrrr* Or look for immortal medicine so I don't age! I dunno why my doctor like to exaggerate my situation when I just have a blocked nose and sore throat. *crack knuckles* Alright, maybe I underestimate them. Like what he said, I am too use to sucking in my nose phlegm. Yewwww... But is true lar oops! Sensitive nose has been around since the day I was born. Born that way what to do ish!

Felt really bad having to travel all the way to office to make sure the shit work get going and then had to travel all the way back to home. Started to feel imbalance cause I stay freaking far away from workplace! Maybe I should shift my home. But I like this place leh.. Alternative, change my working place. HOHOHO!

New year resolution --> to stay healthily. Like old folks this one cannot eat that one cannot eat.

 But but but... still too young to forgo high carbo high sugar high fat food yum!

Let's start small.

Hopefully the oats going to absorb excessive sugars/fats away like the cutie yellow pants spongebob.

Guess this new year resolution is not going too well. It is not even a month into the new year but sick bug already crawling into its position. Sigh!
