Had been wanting to try German cuisine for the longest time ever.
Finally settled it at Brozeit @ Somerset 313 for Vinc's celebration! :) Which was last month wtf. Told ya it was long overdue. The aura of blogging is missing to nowhere and feeling so lazy every time when I tried to click on the "New Post" button. Is a hint or something?
German sausages. That's what I knew and cared about. Cause they are BIG, FAT and JUICY! #fml Wonder how many "jokes" we made over the night. So here you goes. Sausages galore!
Oh yea, apparently beer also. Have heard that German beer is good, to which extent I have no idea.
What we had over our table that night was this:
Non-alcoholic beer wtf.
and
Spezi that sounds like Sprite+Pepsi?
But you have no idea what happened right after that meal. Stay tuned.
Oh yes the most exciting part!
FOOD!!
or to be more precise
SAUSAGES! #heaven
*ate, digested, shitted*
Can't remember any of these names anymore.
This was the only non-sausage plate that night. Chicken breast with mashed potato-look-like. And lotsa erm fibers. To my honest opinion, not nice!
I assume this are short and fat cheesy sausages. Appealing! But you will start to feel loathe when you are reaching for the third one. =.=
Sausage plattter!! :D Tried all different sausages at one go! #smartass You can't be thinking I finished up this alone right? :P
And the all glory pork knuckle! #huge
Well, I only like the skin part cause it is just like roasted pork (烧肉) and the meat itself, urgh, there was some kind of bad smell, i.e the pork smell. ZzzZzz and the meat is damn HARD like a rock. Not to my acceptance level. Unless you are pork lover and you don't mind that kind of "pork smell", you can try. For me, once and all.
The big fat knuckle ended in this way.
#RIP
Everyone was simply too loathe from the sausages. At that point of time, I swore I am not going to eat any sausage for quite some times.
Dessert!
Next the drinking game session.
A real bad idea as gift. And a real bad idea to visit the house with a collection alcohols. #fml
The night where I drank the most varieties of alcohols in my life wtf.
